Born in Asturias (Spain), she is a professional expert in development and implementation of artistic and cultural projects, especially of performing arts and dance. She has strong experience in developing strategies with different public administrations and international organizations as well as designing and producing different artistic programs. She has a degree in Philosophy, (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, 1992), Master in Cultural Management, (ICCMU, Universidad Complutense de Madrid, 1994) and degree in Classical Dance (Real Conservatorio Profesional de Danza).
She was member of the Council of State Culture, executive group Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport. She has edited with the University of Navarra the book Cuadernos de Creación: Javier Martín (2017) besides working in production, development of projects and distribution.
